Book Review: Small Business Legal Guide

This week's business review is on a book just in to the AERN (Alabama Entrepreneurial Research Network) Center titled Small Business Legal Guide: How to Understand Legal Issues. It is about protecting your small business.
One of first questions you will ask yourself when going into business will be, "How many owners will this business have?" Will your business be a sole proprietorship, a partnership, limited partnership, family partnership, limited, liability company (LLC), or perhaps a corporation? And what does all that mean?
